Linux Support:

Diamond Multimedia makes efforts to get DIAMOND products supported under Linux and other PC-based UNIX operation systems using the graphics server XFree86.

The adaptation of our current products is not done by DIAMOND. However DIAMOND supports The XFree86 Project Inc. by giving information, and lending sample boards for testing.

So, older DIAMOND graphics boards (Viper, Speedstar and Stealth series) and SPEA (Vega, Mirage, Mercury series), and some of our current products (e.g. Stealth Video 2500, Stealth 3D 2000, Stealth 3D 3000, Viper V330, FIRE GL 1000 Pro) are supported by current Linux distributions, e.g. S.u.S.E GmbH.
