Terry Schmidbauer began his career as an airbrush illustrator. He graduated from Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design in 1986 and started work as an Illustrator/Art Director at a toy company in the same city. In 1988 he moved to Chicago to take a job at an illustration studio as an airbrush artist. Most of the assignments here were from ad agencies and design firms. Since 1993, he has worked exclusively with the Macintosh. He is now a freelance computer illustrator, working mainly with Adobe Photoshop. Although his clients range from toy inventors to ad agencies, he has found the most rewarding work coming from the CD-ROM interactive industry. He is currently the lead 2D artist for the CD-ROM game "Panic In the Park" by Imagination Pilots, that will be released by Warner Interactive in the summer of 1995. Terry's clients have included: Kelloggs, Revell-Monogram, Arthur Anderson, Sega, Marvel Comics, Meyer Glass Design, Imagination Pilots, Sears, and Home Depot.
