Bill Ellsworth I have worked as an abstract artist using the traditional visual media for many years. In the fall of 1994 I began to work with a Macintosh computer, Photoshop 3.0, KPT Bryce and Kai's Power Tools. I've noticed that I'm doing the same things on the computer that I was doing with a pencil and paper, except that my palette is a few miles larger! I have been primarily interested in using the computer to generate images from the ground up, without using scanned source material, because what I like about making art has always been the process of creating something from nothing.
