Information for customers: First of all ( and that's what most of the people want ) support: Diamond Drivers The main tech support
page lists all our support offers on the web and
lists other support offers like Fax-on-demand, Hotline,
BBS. It also links to the U.S. support wizard pages Second, of course, the customer can have product information: There's a buyer's guide which lists the abilities of the different products in relation to several applications, and there are three main product pages that link to all of our products: Graphics Hopefully, if the customer has found the product information he wanted he wants to know where to buy the product: On the Sales Service page, he can find the addresses of Diamond Distirbutors. ( On the german site, he can even find the a reseller near his location ) The VAR lists and reseller lists are database-driven, the access database is being updated by the German sales department.
