For all Stealth 3D Products

1-1 : Installation of the software and drivers
Before installation of the drivers for Windows/95/NT or OS/2 the program should be reconfigured for standard VGA grafics. If a prior version of the Mirage drivers has been installed before old driver files should be deleted (see Windows/System directory).

For Stealth 3D-2xxx

2-1 : Monitor/Refresh configuration in Windows95?
The monitor wizard (you already know from other Diamond boards) is not available. The screen/refresh configuration is available via the "Diamond Refresh" folder (see Win95 "Display Properties".

2-2 : No or bad function of the feature connector?
If there are any problems (display, refresh) please ask for a bios update (please tell us the current version on the bios label).

2-3 : After the driver installation and Win95 restart you get an "IOS" error message?
Delete the file DBLSPACE.BIN in the root directory of the boot drive or reinstall Windows95.

2-4 : After the driver installation and Win95 restart Windows95 runs only in 640x480 mode with 16 colors?
A re-installation of Windows95 has to be done.

2-5 : You miss the games named in the product information ?
There are two versions of the Stealth 3D 2000 available: One of them is a OEM Version especially for system manufacturers without the named games. Only the original reseller version contains the game software. If you got the reasonably priced OEM version the games has to be purchased from your game dealer.

2-6 : Is a VESA2.0 support available?
At the moment VESA 1.2 is supported by the boards. For VESA2.0 use the shareware UNIVESA 5.2 update driver or SCitech Displaydoctor (see BBS: Edge directory, v 5.3).

2-7 : Monitor/Refresh configuration for DOS?
Please see our mailbox for the following utility: S3REF221.EXE --- S3REFRESH v2.21.
